Eric was a great realtor for us while looking for homes at SML. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the various areas of the lake and brought things to our attention that we would have never known. Eric is super personable and very easy going which we really appreciated. He even helped us assess a boat we were looking at, going way beyond his realtor duties. We would definitely recommend Eric for home shopping at the lake. You won't be disappointed.

Eric is knowledgeable, professional and experienced. Our experience with him was simply the best. He knew the area well and took us by boat to experience lake living first hand. He even brought refreshments! Throughout the entire process, he was responsive and solutions oriented. He helped us with two real estate transactions simultaneously and ensured they both closed on a very tight time frame. He had great contacts in the area and helped us every step of the way. We did not know Eric before we met him on Zillow and now we have a great friend. We highly recommend Eric.

We were connected to Amber through our vacation property search on Zillow as we reside in another state. She facilitated the showing of several properties we were interested in and several offers which resulted in an accepted offer. Amber was responsive and very flexible with our inquiries and needs. I highly recommend her. She has been nothing short of fantastic.

Eric was great! I was inexperienced in the home buying/selling process and would have been completely overwhelmed without his help. He went above and beyond in helping me get my house ready to sell. He knew exactly what I was looking to buy and helped me find the perfect house. Due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, the closing process was long and frustrating. Eric kept in contact with the other agents, the mortgage company, and the closing companies in order to keep everyone informed about what was going on. He did everything he could to make the process less stressful. I was extremely satisfied with Eric and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a house.

We used Eric to sell our home and purchase our new one. Real Estate transactions are never as clean and tidy as any buyer or seller would like them to be, but when we really needed him Eric was right there for us. He got our home under contract in just over three weeks time, for 99% of our original asking price and helped us find an awesome house. He even arranged for us to have a week to move before closing so that we didn't have to move all at once. It was as good a move as we could have hoped for and we love our new home. This is everything we could have asked for and I do recommend using him for either your listing or home search endeavors.

I cannot speak highly enough about Amber and Eric Gerner! They were an outstanding team throughout every step of the purchase process. They helped us find the perfect lakefront home for use as a short term rental property; negotiated actively and effectively on our behalf regarding the house price and additional items (purchase of furniture/boats) in a competitive market with multiple bids on the house; and provided invaluable local information, contacts and recommendations for maximizing the property's potential as an investment. I have dealt with many different realtors over the past 30+ years and I can say without reservation that Amber and Eric are simply the best!

Amber was the best from the very beginning! We are first-time homebuyers and had no idea what we were doing. Amber went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She answered calls and texts on nights and weekends! She always followed up to see if we had any questions and answered right away when we did. Most of all, she was so kind and understanding and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She had the best local recommendations for contractors we could use and made sure everything connected well with the lender when it came down to closing. There were several times we were scared something would fall through and Amber walked us through everything like a true professional. Could not have had a better experience!
