THE TANK: apparently owned by Amerigas. About 10 yrs. ago when we bought the home: Amerigas was asked to remove the tank, and they never did so after several requests. There is gas in tank and I have been informed that an interior cutoff is required to use it. Should the buyer want to have a new gas log or a gas fire starter, or try to repair this log, this equipment passes as is with no ownership of tank. Buyer can install cut off if they choose under their own ownership, Then can do what they choose about using the gas is in the tank, then have tank removed at their option. Then if desired can order from any company they choose if they buy their own tank.
